1 Stand with your feet hip-width apart. 

2 Hinge at your hips and fold forward, letting your head and arms hang toward the floor. 

3 Hold this position for 1-2 minutes, taking deep breaths. 

Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)

1 Start on your hands and knees.

Seated Twist (Ardha Matsyendrasana)

1 Sit on the floor with your legs extended. 

2 Bend your right knee and place your right foot outside your left thigh. 

3 Twist your torso to the right, placing your left elbow outside your right knee.

Cat-Cow Pose (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana)

1 Start on your hands and knees in a tabletop position.
