This is a great product! I was having trouble sleeping due to husband keeping the tv on, cats walking on me and too much on my mind. This supplement taken an hour before bed helps encourage me to fall asleep no matter what’s happening around me, and keeps me in a deeper sleep during the night. I can’t say that I don’t still wake up a few times a night, but far less than before and I sleep longer. I will say it is a little harder for me to actually wake up in the morning if I don’t have at least 7 hours to sleep so I wouldn’t take them too late at night if I needed to get up early.
