What You Need

  • Holiday mug/cup. (microwavable safe)
  • 1 Scoop of PlantYourDay Vegan Protein Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Crystal sweetener
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Vegan Dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp Oat flour
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk

The Preparation

  • In a microwavable safe cup, combine all dry ingredients (excluding chocolate chips) to almond milk, stir.
  • Stir until the batter is a slightly thick consistency with no lumps.
  • Stir in Chocolate chips.
  • Microwave in the center of the microwave at 900W for 90 seconds or stop after the cake rises in the mug.
  • Keep microwaving by extra 10-second bursts until the center is set, not gooey or liquid.
  • Let cool for 30 seconds, sprinkle a few chocolate chips on top, and enjoy!
