Although they are generally great for your whole mind and body, superfoods have specific qualities that make them awesome for hair growth, skin health, and other more targeted concerns. Take fatty fish, like salmon, which offers omegas and antioxidants that support hair growth and even reduce hair loss. Or avocados, with vitamin E that prevents oxidative stress by neutralizing free radicals. But you might not want to eat plain salmon and avocado.
