    I cannot say enough good things about this product. I live in NYC and it’s always loud and hard to turn off my mind and relax. I didn’t want to take prescription pills and don’t like the way melatonin makes me feel the next morning. (too groggy) I take two of these at night and it takes the edge off and helps shut down the chaos in my head, and the best part, I feel refreshed the next day. (no hangover feeling like some sleeping aids can make you feel) I love it!

    The product is first class. From the packaging to the delivery I have never seen a more streamlined operation. I take these about 45 mins prior to sleep and have found my anxiety is reduced and my restfulness much better when sleeping. I track my sleep patterns using an Oura ring and have seen vast improvement in my metrics and REM sleep since taking this supplement. I have been using for approximately 2 months and can attest this works! My stress levels have certainly come down since incorporating this into my routine. Highly recommend!
