DELECTABLE & DELICIOUS TRUFFLES

    What You Need

  • ½ cup nut butter (cashew, almond or sunflower butter or tahini are recommended)

  • 2/3 cup PlantYourDay

  • 3 tablespoons organic honey or agave nectar

  • 1/8 tablespoon Himalayan sea salt

  • For coating: cacao nibs, cocoa powder, organic shredded coconut, toasted hazelnuts or chia seeds, match powder, dried fruit diced

    The Preparation

  1. Mix nut butter, honey and salt in a bowl. Add PlantYourDay to the mixture and continue to mix all ingredients together until texture is firm.

  2. Scoop the mixture into the palm of your hands making small balls.

  3. Place coatings into small bowls and roll each ball in the coating. Refrigerate until the coating is set.
